Where is Bubble Art Designs located?

We are an Australian owned and operated home business located in Chadstone, Melbourne. If you live locally and would like to pick up your canvas artwork personally, contact me and we can arrange for someone to be at the studio when you collect your canvas. You will be reimbursed the postage costs when items are picked up in person.

How do I place my order and what methods of payment do you offer?

As we are an online-only store, we request that all orders are placed via our website and paid via Paypal. Personal information and credit card details are protected by a Secure Sockets layer (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available) to ensure your privacy and safety.

We will ship your order within approximately 14 working days from cleared payment having been received. We only accept payments made in Australian Dollars. All prices are GST inclusive.

What are my postage costs for a delivery within Australia?

We take orders anywhere within Australia.

Postage on any Bubble Art Designs 'Canvas' print is only $15 per item Australia-wide.
Postage on any Bubble Art Designs 'Height Chart' is only $9 per item Australia-wide
Postage on any Bubble Art Designs 'Greeting Card' is only $1.50 per item Australia-wide
Postage on any Bubble Art Designs 'Art Print' is only $8.00 per item Australia-wide

Bubble Art Designs will send your Canvas Artwork/Height Chart via the trusted Australia Post Registered Post Parcel service with extra insurance added (if necessary) to cover for the total cost of your item. The cost of postage and handling is added to your order when proceeding to check-out.

Do you deliver outside of Australia?

If you place your order in Australia and want to ship it internationally OR if you live outside Australia and place an order, your shipping cost will be much higher, as we use Express Courier Internationsl (EMS). A final delivery price will be calculated once the goods are about to be shipped, and the extra delivery fee MUST be paid in advance (ie. Paypal, direct debit) to Bubble Kids Art prior to shipment. You will be notified of the total shipping cost and the extra cost you will need to pay. Contact us prior to your order if you require international shipping.

When will my order arrive?

All artwork is ‘Made to Order’. We place orders with our printer at the beginning of every week (Monday) and you will need to allow approximately 3 weeks for delivery from the date you order (within Australia). Full payment must be received and cheques cleared before any orders are dispatched.

How do you SEND and Package the items?

All Bubble Art Canvas Artworks are wrapped in bubblewrap and securely packaged in corregated cardboard, then sent by Registered Post via Australia Post with Insurance. All ‘Height Charts’ ordered separately are carefully rolled and sandwiched in 100% recycled paper and placed in a durable cardboard tubing and sent via Registered Post via Australia Post. International orders use Express Courier International (EMS) with insurance.

Where a canvas print / height chart is purchased in one transaction, the height chart will be included within the canvas packaging and therefore will not incur extra postage charge (only applies if the 'Matching Height Chart' option is selected when purchasing canvas art).

What is Registered Post?

Registered Post is designed to give customers more peace of mind when sending items of value through the post.
Registered Post offers:

• A unique identification number for every article;
• Proof of posting;
• Signature obtained on delivery;
• Extra insurance cover

Will I see a sample of my canvas artwork with my child’s name?

As soon as we receive your order, an email confirming your order will be sent to you. A ‘PDF’ of your canvas art or height chart with your baby’s/child’s name will be emailed to you for your approval before we proceed and print. Please allow 2 working days for the PDF to be sent to you. Once you approve the artwork, we will place your order on the following Monday. Please note: Child names will only be written in English. Very long names may require some repositioning of the design's elements, in order to maintain the features of the design.

Can I have the colour background of my preferred canvas changed?

Bubble Art Designs have carefully chosen its specific colours and designs to work in harmony together. Therefore we cannot change the colour background of our artwork range. We have provided many colour variations in all our artwork theme categories for a wider choice range.

My child has blonde hair? Can I swap the girl/boy character to another one in your range?

Yes, we can do this. There will be no charge for this. Just email me via the contact page the ‘Character Name’ of the character you want me to replace it and whether you want the head only (on the existing body) or the whole body of the 'Character'.

What happens if the items I received are damaged or faulty?

All Bubble Art Designs are made with care. We take great pride in the quality of our products and we want to make sure they get to you in the same condition as when they leave our studio, ensuring you will be satisfied. Because our products are crafted by hand, some minor imperfections may happen. These imperfections will not be considered a fault in the item. Due to the high use and demand of our 'top end' printers, and our laminating process tiny random needle-point ink spots may appear from time to time on the print. These will not be considered a fault in the item. It is the nature of the canvas stock to have small random black marks within the weaving of the material. This is also not considered a fault in the item. We aim to match the colours of our designs as accurately as you see them on your screen, however colours will vary in accuracy compared with the finished product due to colour calibrations of printers and monitors and stock surfaces on different mediums (i.e. if ordering matching canvas and height chart, there might be a slight variation in colour due to the different surfaces being printed on). All our images online are of low resolution quality for viewing purposes and colours may appear 'blotchy'. Final print colours on canvas and poster paper will be of maximum quality and vibrancy.

Bubble Art Designs will not exchange or offer a refund due to you changing your mind. Please ensure you provide correct spelling of your child's name when placing your order. If you believe there is another fault with your item, please contact us within 7 days of arrival of your goods. Returns will be accepted only if the product is damaged, faulty or incorrect on our behalf. Bubble Art Designs will only accept the return in its original packaging. Return Postage shall be the responsibility of the purchaser. If the return is accepted on our behalf, we will either replace the damaged item or refund in full the price you paid for the item. Refunds will be made via the same method as payment. Bubble Art Designs has the right to refuse any refund or exchange if we feel the returned item has been abused by the customer.

If your item is damaged in transit prior to being opened, this should be reported immediately to Australia Post and to Bubble Art Designs for further instructions. The unique identification number for your item would need to be obtained and addressed to Australia Post for further analysis of the damaged package and insurance claimed. Bubble Art Designs will not be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
